IRES 2nd Quarter Report

Information and Real Estate Services (IRES) recently released their Q2 2025 MarketWatch Report. In Larimer County, the median sales price was $604,500 for Q2-2025, a 1.7% decrease year-over-year. The number of closed sales was up 13.8% dropping to 1,504. In Weld County, the median sales price was $525,000 for Q2-2025, a 1.9% increase year-over-year. The number of closed sales was up 14.9%, coming in at 1,732. In Boulder County, the median sales price was $885,000 for Q2-2025, a 1.2% year-over-year increase. The number of closed sales was up 9.2%, coming in at 1,058.
